Refund and Returns Policy

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist you with returns, exchanges, or refunds, ensuring you a smooth and seamless shopping experience. Please carefully read the following guidelines to ensure that your return or exchange is processed efficiently.

1. Return and Exchange Eligibility

Our goal is to make sure that you are fully satisfied with your purchase. To qualify for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • Timeframe: You must request a return or exchange within 30 days from the date of purchase. We cannot accept returns or exchanges after this period has expired.
  • Condition of the Product: The item must be returned in new, unused, and undamaged condition. It should be in its original packaging, including tags, certificates, and all accompanying accessories.
  • Alterations: The item should not have been altered, resized, or used. If the item has been resized or shows any signs of use, it will not be accepted for return.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation, receipt, or invoice) must be provided when initiating a return or exchange.

Please note that some items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:

  • Custom or personalized items
  • Clearance or sale items
  • Watches that have been resized, altered, or show signs of use or wear

2. How to Return or Exchange an Item

We want to ensure that the process of returning or exchanging your item is as smooth as possible. To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team by emailing us at support@parmigianisophistication.net or calling us at (201) 869-6024 within 30 days of receiving your item.
  2. Provide Order Information: When contacting us, please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and a brief explanation of the reason for the return or exchange. This will help us assist you quickly.
  3. Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA): After receiving your request, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide you with detailed instructions on how to return the item. This number is essential to process your return and helps us track the item.
  4. Shipping the Item: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as receiving a wrong or defective item). Please ensure the item is packaged securely to prevent any damage during transit.
  5. Condition of Return: All returned items must be in their original packaging, unused, and undamaged. Any returns that do not meet these conditions will be rejected and sent back to you.

3. Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund in a timely manner. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please keep in mind:

  • Refund Timeframe: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
  • Shipping Costs: Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, except when the return is due to an error on our part. If the return is initiated because we sent the wrong item, we will refund the full purchase price, including the shipping cost.

4. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different model, size, or color, please follow the same return process. We will gladly assist you with your exchange request. In cases where the exchange item is of higher value, we will charge the difference. If the exchange item is of lesser value, we will issue a refund for the price difference.

  • Exchange Timeframe: Exchanges are subject to the same 30-day timeframe as returns.
  • Condition for Exchange: Like returns, exchange items must be in new, unused, and undamaged condition.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care in packaging and shipping our luxury watches, but in the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide a prepaid return label for the damaged item and issue a full refund or send you a replacement, depending on your preference.

To initiate a return for a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible with the following information:

  • Order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photographs of the damaged or defective item (if applicable)

6. Non-returnable Items

There are certain items that we are unable to accept for return or exchange, including:

  • Custom-made or personalized items (such as watches with engravings)
  • Gift cards
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Items that have been resized, altered, or used
